WorkerWatch is a total solution package combining the Identicom lone worker protection device and the all-inclusive device monitoring service by Soloprotect with the integrated security provision managed by BusinessWatch.
Disguised as a standard identity card holder, the Identicom provides a discreet means of alerting the monitoring centre to your situation, day or night. Whether injured, or facing physical or verbal abuse, the monitoring centre will be able to listen to, and record, what occurs during the incident, to ensure proportionate and immediate action.
Recordings are admissible as evidence in court or may be used to support changes in working practices.
The device is designed to enable the user to raise an alert, safely in an emergency, without increasing risk to themselves.
In the event of an incident, qualified personnel in the monitoring centre will follow a predefined set of escalation tasks. This will include escalation to the local response vehicle or to the Police if the incident warrants such a response and/or notification of the incident through to appropriate members of staff in your organisation.
Independent verification calls, mobile visits to individuals working in one location and backup mobile response services can all be part of the one package. (Individuals working on different shifts can also share one identicom device, in specific circumstances).
The one Button Operation is simple to use under duress, and when combined with 24hour monitoring and integration with CCTV and private security services it offers both an effective deterrant to known situations and a solution to potential problems:
