A. If you join BusinessWatch we can provide you with a simple low cost stand alone detector that can utilise your existing phone line to dial the CCTV control room where the appropriate action can be initiated.

Q. I have an intruder alarm fitted with a dial out that calls my mobile phone how does BusinessWatch help me?

A. If the phone is set to dial the CCTV control room then the location can be viewed straight away.

Q. I have an intruder alarm fitted with a dial out that calls me but I'm sometimes unable to attend can BusinessWatch help?

A. Yes, if your alarm is set to dial the CCTV control room then the location can be viewed. When attendance is required you can be contacted by telephone to agree the necessary response. If you would like a security Officer to attend then there would be a charge

Q. Is there a ShopWatch Scheme in Clay Cross?

A. There has been one and there is a radio scheme operating where you could have a radio to communicate with the CCTV control room, the police and other radio users.

Q. Can I have a radio free of charge?

A. Unfortunately no there is a charge which pays for the supply and maintenance of the radios and the scheme
