Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry
Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry is the area’s premier business support agency with established close working relationships with other key agencies across our area and with the Police, Local Authorities and Businesses within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
The Chamber has its own Business Security team that has been working to raise the profile of Business Crime and improve security for businesses since 1995.

Derbyshire Business Against Crime
This is a project which aims to reduce business crime and the fear of business crime within Derbyshire. It is a joint initiative between the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce and Derbyshire Police with funding from the East Midlands Development Agency, Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council. Based in the offices of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber, the project provides free business crime reduction advice via email and a comprehensive crime reduction web site www.saferderbyshire.gov.uk being steered by the Derbyshire Business Crime Forum.

East Midlands Regional Business crime Forum (EMRBCF)
The EMRBCF is a regional representative group made up of the regional representatives of the membership organisations in the East Midlands. The Forum is working to raise the profile of Business Crime and to establish best practice for uniform application across the area.
