The East Midlands Regional Business Crime Forum was established in March 2006, the aim of the forum is to "Reduce Business Related Crime".

The forum is chaired by Pat Zadora MBE (of Thomas Zadora Associates) with Gordon Booth of the Derbyshire Chamber and Business Link as secretary.

The forum is made up mainly of regional representatives from the business sector supported by GOEM and police forces within the region, as well as local businessmen and practitioners:
